Ambika Rana has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Ambika is currently working as a Manager-HR at ONE BCG - ONE Business Consulting Group since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Executive Human Resources at the same company from September 2018 to December 2020. Ambika also gained experience as a Sr. HR Executive at Igniva Infotech from July 2015 to August 2018. Their responsibilities included end-to-end recruitment and staffing, utilizing innovative techniques and tools to develop strong selection processes. Before that, they served as an HR Manager at Social27 from January 2014 to April 2015, and as a Sr. Recruiter at DCCPL from December 2011 to January 2014.

From 2012 to 2014, Ambika Rana pursued a PGDBA degree in HR at the Symbiosis Centre For Distance Learning.
