Niharika Pilla is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various financial institutions and organizations. Currently serving as the VP of Enterprise Technology Digital Services at OneAZ Credit Union, Niharika previously held senior positions at Capital Bank, N.A., including SVP, Head of Technology, and SVP, Head of Enterprise Service Delivery. Additional experience includes roles at Truliant Federal Credit Union as Director of Enterprise Service Delivery and at Shelby County Government as IT Applications Manager. Niharika began the career as a project manager at Shelby County Government and also served as Manager of Enterprise Resources Planning at Cable Assembly LLC. Niharika holds a Master of Science in Electronics and Computer Engineering and an MBA in Business Administration and Management, both from The University of Memphis.
