Mike Dai is an experienced compliance professional specializing in BSA/AML and sanctions compliance, currently serving as a BSA/AML & Sanctions Compliance leader at ONE since December 2020. During the Walmart partnership phase, Mike has spearheaded strategic financial crime and sanctions risk management initiatives, overseeing a team to implement scalable controls across operations. Previously, Mike held the role of Director of Compliance at ONE Finance, Inc., where essential compliance programs were established. With prior experience as Senior Vice President and Compliance Officer at Mission National Bank, Mike developed robust regulatory compliance programs, conducted risk assessments, and served as a liaison for regulatory exams. Additional roles at Colorado Federal Savings Bank and the U.S. Department of the Treasury further highlight Mike's extensive background in compliance, risk management, and financial analysis.
