Adam Heaney has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in technology leadership and project management. Adam currently serves as the Head of Engineering and Development at Kidsbook. Prior to this, they were the Chief Technology Officer at One Another Community, where they made key decisions on technology and product development and managed the development team. As the Director of Technology at Innovative Informatics Pty. Ltd., they provided innovative digital health solutions and fostered a positive team culture. Adam also served as the Head of Quality Improvement Radiation Therapist at Northern Sydney Local Health District, managing quality improvement initiatives in the cancer services department. At NEXA Group, they held multiple positions, including Product and Innovation Director, Director of Professional Services and Development, and Senior Project Manager, overseeing projects in the healthcare and government sectors. Adam has also worked as a Senior Radiation Therapist at Northern Sydney Cancer Centre and as a Managing Director at IMT Web Solutions. Their experience additionally includes roles such as Clinical Lead Radiation Therapist and Project Manager at Medica Oncology and Specialist Radiation Therapist at Westmead Hospital. Adam's early experience includes being a Technical Director at IMT Services.

Adam Heaney completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (MRS) in Radiation Therapy from the University of Sydney from 2001 to 2003. In 2012, they obtained a Diploma of Business in Business Administration and Management, General from Apex Training Solutions. In 2015, they obtained a certification as a PRINCE2 Registered Practitioner from The Knowledge Academy.
