Robert C.N is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in managing reward and benefits, payroll processes, and talent management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at One Acre Fund since November 2020, Robert oversees the development of compensation strategies for over 3,000 employees while providing advisory services on various HR matters. Prior experience includes roles as a Management Consultant and Project Manager, as well as managerial positions at PwC and Deloitte East Africa, focusing on HR transformation and remuneration consultancy. Robert holds a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management from the College of Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Commerce in Management Science from Egerton University.
