Grace Kasereka Joseph is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and research within the non-profit sector. Currently, Grace serves as a Senior Program Specialist and previously held the role of Country Expansion Specialist - Consultant at One Acre Fund since January 2022. Prior to this, Grace worked as a Survey Specialist at RTI International and as a Research Consultant at Sonder Collective, focusing on qualitative research in health systems through Human Centred Design. Grace's background also includes positions as a Research Associate at Child Resilience Alliance and a Research Supervisor at World Vision, along with consulting roles at Eastern Congo Initiative and Resource Matters. Grace's educational qualifications encompass a Bachelor's degree in Financial Management and Accounting from Université Chrétienne Bilingue du Congo, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the same institution.
