Claire Brosnihan currently serves as the Climate, Food Systems, and Gender Lead at One Acre Fund, a position held since October 2023. Previously, Claire worked as a Consultant for SNV, overseeing the REALMS project, a substantial regenerative agriculture initiative aimed at smallholder farmers in Kenya and Rwanda. Significant prior roles at One Acre Fund include Senior Director and Director of Global Field Operations, where responsibilities encompassed leading trials for smallholder farmers and conducting gender audits across several African countries. Additionally, Claire has experience as a Community Health and Development Volunteer with the Peace Corps and as an ACT FAST Assistant at Oxfam America. Claire holds an MSc in Global Food Security and Nutrition from The University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Peace Studies from the University of Notre Dame.
