Ilia Iordanov has been working in the software development industry since 2000. Ilia started their career as a Senior Software Engineer at Nemetschek OOD Bulgaria in 2000. Ilia then moved to Infaccom b.v. in 2005, where they worked as a Senior Software Engineer. In 2006, they co-founded Completit and served as the company's Product Manager of SilverlightShow and CEO. Ilia also co-founded IndigoVerge in 2006 and served as its CEO. In 2011, they co-founded Deed and served as its CEO. Ilia also served as a Member of the Board of Directors at BASSCOM from 2012 to 2019. Additionally, they were an Angel Investor at HutGrip from 2012 to 2019. Finally, they have been a Co-Founder at ONDO Smart Farming Solutions since 2019.

Ilia Iordanov obtained a Master's degree in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineering Technology/Technician from the Technical University of Sofia between 1996 and 2001. Ilia also attended Front Range Community College between 1999 and 2000 for Computer Software Engineering. In 2014 and 2015, Ilia attended the National Academy for Theater and Film Arts for Drama Theater Acting School and the Mihail Bilalov Academy for Acting for Cinema. Additionally, they obtained the WinCC OA Certified Solution Provider certification from ETM professional control in January 2019 and the MCPD certification from Microsoft.
