Nicole Paolozzi has extensive experience in business operations and customer service. Nicole began their career in 1994 as a Consultant and Six Sigma Black Belt at American Express. In 2001, they became the Director of Operations and Customer Service at Newark element14. In 2006, they founded Phantom Auto Works and served as its Owner. From 2011 to 2017, they were the Director of Operations at the Bush Consulting Group, where they managed the firm's operational and fiscal plans. In 2017, they founded OndeCare, a premium safe, on-demand care community.

Nicole Paolozzi earned their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Purdue University between 1987 and 1991. Nicole also holds a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from the Six Sigma Academy.
