Kelly Guarnieri has held various roles in the healthcare and senior living industries since 2008. In 2021, they began their current role as Care Concierge Director at OndeCare, where they are responsible for providing ad hoc and recurring in-home care. Prior to this, they were the Executive Director at Greenbrier Senior Living from 2019 to 2021 and Elmcroft Senior Living from 2017 to 2019. From 2013 to 2017, they served as Executive Director and Business Office & HR Manager at Brookdale. From 2010 to 2013, they were the Learning And Development/Staff Education Leader at Meadowlark Hills. Her first role was an Automotive Sales Representative Intern at The Plain Dealer in 2008.

Kelly Guarnieri completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Mount Union between 2006 and 2010.
