Norman Urquhart has an extensive work experience in both the technology and real estate industries. Norman began their career at IBM, where they worked for twenty-eight years in various management roles. Norman'slast assignment at IBM involved collaborating with independent software vendors (ISVs). In 2005, Norman joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Scalzo Group as a Client Executive. Norman later became the Vice President of Scalzo Group Inc in 2008.

Norman Urquhart attended Long Island University from 1973 to 1977, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing with a Minor in Economics. In 2008, they also completed training in Commercial Real Estate at Emerging Brokers Training.
