Tracey Rainey has over three decades of experience in administrative support and customer service, with a significant tenure at Oncor Electric Delivery since June 2016 as a Senior Executive Administrative Assistant. Prior to this role, Tracey spent nearly 18 years at Luminant, holding various positions including Executive Administrative Assistant to the Vice President of Construction Management and the CEO of Construction, as well as Senior Secretary to the Vice President of Gas Plant Operations. Tracey began a career in customer service at Luminant in 1989, progressing through several roles, and also gained valuable experience as a New Account Representative, ATM Coordinator, Bookkeeper, and Teller at First State Bank from 1981 to 1989.
