Jeff Scheetz, CGCIO, CISM, currently serves as a member of the OnCon Senior Council and a board advisor for the Technology Executives Club. As the Chief Information Officer for the City of Avondale, AZ, since July 2017, Jeff provides leadership in technology strategy and operations, managing a $10 million budget and overseeing various IT initiatives. Previous roles include Chair and Vice Chair of the Colorado Government Association of Information Technology and Director of Information Services for the City of Montrose, where Jeff led IT projects for multiple external clients. Jeff has an academic background with a Master's in Project Management from Colorado Technical University and a Bachelor's in Computer Science from Colorado Mesa University, along with ongoing education in government information technology.
