Jessica Cray has over 13 years of work experience. From 2009 to 2022, they worked at the Mayo Clinic, where they held various roles, including Performance Improvement Advisor, Patient Safety Specialist, Quality Specialist, Associate Project Manager, and Clinical Research Coordinator. In 2022, they joined Oncocyte Corporation as Quality Manager of the CLIA Lab.

Jessica Cray attended the University of Iowa from 2000 to 2004, where they studied Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies.
