Sumit Rai is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in technology and healthcare. As the CEO, Chairman, and Founder of Cancer Check Labs since September 2023, Sumit leads the development of an innovative cancer screening test capable of detecting over 200 types of solid tumors from a single blood draw. Additionally, Sumit serves in similar capacities at Onco Filtration, Inc., which focuses on isolating circulating tumor cells using proprietary filtration technology. With a background in private equity and technology, Sumit founded Mobclix, achieving significant revenue growth and successful exits, and has held leadership roles at various investment firms, including Riverside Partners and Crosslink Capital. Sumit also manages the Rai Family Office, emphasizing social impact investments and disruptive technologies. Sumit holds a Bachelor of Science and Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
