Kaitlyn Delaney-Mendieta is an experienced professional in customer success and education, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Onaroll since November 2021, following a progressive career in customer success roles. Prior to Onaroll, Kaitlyn held a Senior Customer Success Manager position at TeachBoost, where significant contributions included developing digital evaluation systems for over 300 schools and fostering strong client relationships. Earlier teaching roles included 5th Grade Teacher at King-Chavez Neighborhood of Schools and Special Education Teacher at Sarah Greenwood School. Kaitlyn earned a Master of Education in Curriculum and Teaching from Boston University and a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Florida State University. Recognized for excellence, Kaitlyn was named Teacher of the Year and received the San Diego's Teachers Are Heroes award for the 2016-2017 period.
