Erica Lee is an experienced product leader currently serving as Product Lead at Flow since June 2023. Prior roles include Senior Product Manager and Product Manager at Better.com from June 2019 to March 2022, and Product Manager at Blend from April 2018 to April 2019. Erica began a career in product management at Visa, where positions ranged from Associate Product Analyst to Product Manager from August 2015 to April 2018. Erica holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, and also participated in a study abroad program at The London School of Economics and Political Science.
