Cristina Català Osete has worked in a variety of roles in the scientific field. In 2014, they were a Bachelor Thesis student at the University of Glasgow. In 2015, they were a Master Thesis Student at the Universitat de Barcelona. From 2016 to 2022, they were a Biomedical researcher at the Institut d’Investigacions Biomèdiques August Pi i Sunyer (IDIBAPS). Currently, they are a Scientist at ONA Therapeutics.

Cristina Català Osete has a Doctorate degree in Ciencias Biomédicas, General from the Universitat de Barcelona, obtained in 2021. Cristina also holds a Master's degree in Genetics and Genomics from the same university, obtained in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Ciencias Biomédicas, General from the Universitat de Barcelona in 2014. Additionally, they have obtained a Certificado de Experimentación Animal from the Universitat de Barcelona in 2017 and a Certificate of Advanced English (CAE) from the University of Cambridge in July 2015.
