Amanda Eldridge is an experienced supply chain and inventory management professional with a diverse background in various industries. Currently serving as the Manager of Supply Chain Distribution at On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina since February 2021, Amanda has previously held roles including Customer Service/Inventory Manager at HACO and Director of Marketing/Account Manager at Military Sales & Service, where strategic marketing initiatives were implemented to enhance performance. With a strong foundation in inventory management developed through positions at LSG Sky Chefs, Texas Health Pharmaceutical Resources, Caremark Specialty Pharmacy, and Accredo Healthcare, Amanda has demonstrated expertise in optimizing processes and resources to achieve operational excellence. Education includes time spent in the United States Air Force and graduation from Silver Valley High School.
