Oleh Karpenko is a seasoned executive in manufacturing and operations, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations at onsemi since February 2024, responsible for managing internal back-end manufacturing across multiple regions. Previous roles include Vice President of External Manufacturing at onsemi and Cypress Semiconductor Corporation, where Oleh led global manufacturing strategies and managed significant manufacturing volumes. Earlier experience includes leadership positions at QuantumScape Corporation, Alion, First Solar, and Intel, focusing on process integration, technology development, and improvement initiatives across various manufacturing sectors. Oleh holds a Ph.D. in Materials Science & Engineering and a B.S.E. in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Michigan.
