Ronnie Laffar currently serves as the Global Internal Communications Lead at On, a position held since November 2024. Previously, Ronnie held various roles at Frasers Group, including Group Head of Communications and Communications Manager, from September 2019 to September 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Public Relations Coordinator and Public Relations Assistant at Arcadia Group Ltd from May 2016 to August 2019, as well as a Public Relations Intern at FLUORESCENT PR LIMITED from January 2016 to May 2016. Ronnie began a career in retail as a Sales Associate at Mulberry England from January 2015 to January 2016. Education consists of a Level 4 in Fashion Marketing & Retail and a Level 3 in Business in Retail, both from the Fashion Retail Academy, completed between 2013 and 2016.
