Juan Martin Morrone is currently serving as a Technical Lead at On since May 2023. Prior to this role, Juan held positions at Grover from February 2021 to May 2023, progressing from Associate Engineering Manager to Senior Software Engineer, where responsibilities included team management, architectural design, and stakeholder communication. Before Grover, Juan worked at BairesDev, first as a Technical Lead and then as a Senior Software Engineer, focusing on security and event-sourced code bases. Early career experiences included roles at Spark Digital and Globant, where Juan built web applications and developed expertise in various technologies, predominantly using Node.js and cloud services. Juan is pursuing a System Engineer degree at Universidad Nacional del Centro de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, with previous education in English as a foreign language from New Lincoln School.
