Johnny Brophy has extensive experience in visual experience and merchandising, with a focus on brand experience. Currently, they are the Global Head of Visual Experience at On, where they oversee the brand experience. Prior to this, they held the position of Global Head of Visual Merchandising at On.

From 2017 to 2023, Johnny Brophy worked at their own company, Johnny Brophy Studio, as a Creative Director, Set Designer, and Artist.
