Tara Flickinger, MBA, is a seasoned executive search professional with extensive experience in building diverse C-level and board leadership teams across various industries. Currently a Partner at ON Search Partners since 2019, Tara has a strong background in executive search, having served as Principal at Parker Executive Search from 2014 to 2019. Prior to that, Tara held roles at Goldman Sachs as a Private Wealth Advisor and Summer Associate, and at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals as a Professional Healthcare Representative. Additional experience includes positions in sales and business development, golf instruction, and tournament coordination. Tara holds an MBA in General Management from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BS in Business Economics from Brown University.
