Micayla R. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in executive support and business operations across various industries, including technology and fintech. Currently serving as Chief of Staff Fellow at On Deck since 2021, Micayla focuses on enhancing the capabilities of Chiefs of Staff through a dedicated fellowship program. Previously, at Novo from 2021 to 2023, Micayla held the Director of Business Operations position, partnering with the EVP to drive organizational change and enhance customer value. In earlier roles, Micayla contributed significantly to BARK as the first Executive Assistant to the CEO, establishing processes at a growing subscription service, and served in multiple executive assistant roles at companies such as PowerSchool, Schoology, and Zynga, where efforts were directed towards improving operational efficiency and supporting C-level executives. Micayla holds a BA in Political Science with a minor in Public Health from Rutgers University.
