Afraj Gill is the Co-Director of Scale at On Deck. Afraj was previously the Director/General Manager - Ventures at RBC and the Founder of Drop Mobility. Afraj has also been the Head of Product Operations & New Business Development at Polar.

Afraj Gill graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen's University with First Class Honours.
