Joe McDaniel currently serves as the Market Development and Innovation Manager for Water Treatment at Omya since January 2022. Prior to this role, Joe worked as a District Representative at NALCO Water from June 2016 to February 2022 and as a Technical Support Representative at Columbia Chemical Corporation between August 2011 and January 2016. Joe possesses extensive knowledge in corrosion protection within the metal finishing industry and has experience performing chemical analyses and troubleshooting on-site customer issues. Earlier in Joe's career, a position as a Science Teacher at Colorado Springs Harrison District 2 Schools involved instructing ESL science courses, and Joe also worked as an Automotive Specialist at Columbia Chemical Corporation from April 2005 to April 2007. Joe holds a Bachelor of Education from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and a BS in Biology from the University of the Cumberlands.
