Anna Kruk-Michot is an accomplished geoscientist and leader with extensive experience in the energy sector. Currently serving as Acting Head of Exploration Shared Services at OMV, Anna oversees three departments with 20 direct reports, fostering an environment for skill development among team members. Prior roles include Department Manager and Senior Geoscientist at OMV, where Anna contributed significantly to KPI achievements and the integration of new technologies for enhanced project delivery. Previous experience includes a tenure as a Geophysicist at Shell, where Anna was instrumental in identifying new drilling prospects and contributing to successful offshore operations, as well as project management roles at ORLEN Upstream and CGG. Anna holds two MBA degrees from ESSEC Business School and Mannheim Business School and a Master of Science in Geophysics from AGH University of Krakow.
