Razvan Nicolescu is an experienced professional in the energy and sustainability sectors, currently serving as a Member of the Governing Board at the EIT - European Institute of Innovation and Technology and as a Member of the Supervisory Board at OMV Petrom. With a background as an Advisory Partner and Energy & Sustainability Industry Leader at Deloitte Consulting, Razvan has also held significant roles such as Chairman of the Administrative Board at the European Union Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators and Director of Regulatory & Public Affairs at OMV Petrom. Early career positions include Energy Attaché at the Permanent Representation of Romania to the EU and Energy Advisor at the Ministry of Economy of Romania. Razvan holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Solvay Brussels School and an Engineering degree from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest, complemented by executive education at Stanford University.
