Guus Verhees is a seasoned venture capital professional with extensive experience in managing impact investments and supporting innovative startups. As Managing Partner at SHIFT Invest since December 2009, Guus has focused on sustainable mobility, energy transition, and green industries. Additionally, Guus holds multiple roles as a Non-Executive Board Member with companies such as OMRT, Robin Radar Systems B.V., AirFi.aero, and 30MHz, contributing to strategies that enhance sustainability and efficiency. Guus's background includes leading early-stage venture capital funds with NBI Investors, which has realized over 50 investments in Greentech and Transport & Logistics since 2010, as well as a previous role as Fund Manager at Rabo Private Equity. An alumnus of Erasmus University Rotterdam, Guus holds a degree in Business Economics.
