Bettina Stam has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Hoofd P&O at Omroep West since May 2002. Prior roles include working in various P&O capacities at real service from 2000 to 2003, at Gemeente Westland from 1998 to 2000, and as an intern at Vedior in 1998-1999. Bettina Stam holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Personeel & Arbeid from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences (2000-2004) and has furthered education at Nyenrode Business University from 2012 to 2018.
