Val Minos serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Alfissimo International since January 2019, overseeing all financial aspects of the company. Additionally, Val Minos has been an active Yoga Instructor with Ompractice since September 2018, offering live group classes online, and operates Val Minos Yoga, providing live online yoga classes focused on building strength and mobility. Val Minos previously instructed yoga at Pine Canyon Country Club and the City of Flagstaff, and held positions as a Physical Education teacher and Elementary School teacher, contributing to education from 2007 to 2015. Academic qualifications include a Master of Education from Arizona State University, a Bachelor of Science from Colorado State University, and certifications in Holistic Nutrition and Yoga from respective institutions.
