Izabela Hawryłko has a diverse work experience. Izabela is currently the Head of Partnerships & Channel Sales at Omny, where they are responsible for managing partnerships and sales channels. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Business Development at Omny, where they focused on providing cyber insights and threat intelligence to industrial companies. Izabela also had a role at Cognite as a Partner Development Director, where they worked on developing partnerships in the industry and applications sector.

In addition to their roles in the tech industry, Izabela has been involved in various organizations. Izabela served as a Programme Advisory Council Member for the MSc in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Handelshøyskolen BI and as a Styremedlem (Board Member) for the ODA - Women in Tech Network, where they led CRM implementation and infrastructure. Izabela also mentored and advised startup companies through Hudge and was a member of the ODA mentor program.

Prior to entering the tech industry, Izabela was involved in academia and tourism. Izabela worked as a Teaching Assistant for the English for Business course at NHH - Norwegian School of Economics and as a Tourism Consultant at the Bergen Convention Bureau - visitBergen.com. Additionally, they served as the President of CEMS Club Bergen, where they managed the board and oversaw the activities of 46 students.

Izabela Hawryłko has a strong educational background in business administration and management. Izabela obtained their Bachelor's degree in Management from SGH Warsaw School of Economics in 2014. In 2015, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Energy, Natural Resources, and the Environment from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH), which they completed in 2017.

During their Master's program, Izabela also participated in the CEMS - The Global Alliance in Management Education, earning a CEMS Master's in International Management between 2016 and 2018. As part of this program, they had an exchange semester at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez in 2017.

In terms of certifications, Izabela has acquired several relevant qualifications. In 2019, they earned the DP-200 Implementing an Azure Data Solution certification and became a Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate. Izabela also completed the Accessibility in Action course and obtained the Event Speaker Silver certification, both offered by Microsoft. Furthermore, in 2019, they obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals accreditation and participated in the Microsoft-INSEAD Value Negotiation program. Additionally, Izabela completed the Insight Selling course by Microsoft in 2017 and holds the Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English from Cambridge University, which they achieved in 2010.
