Joshua W Goodman currently serves as Corporate Counsel & Chief of Staff at Omnumi, a compliance-focused digital currency and payments platform, since November 2024. Prior to this role, Joshua held various positions at Prove, including Corporate Counsel, Regulatory Compliance Manager, and Senior Compliance Associate, where efforts centered on identity verification and fraud mitigation. Before Prove, Joshua contributed to MEDICI as Director of Operations/General Counsel, facilitating growth within the FinTech sector. Earlier experience includes roles at Fisher Law Group PLLC as Managing Attorney and internships at Legal Aid of North Carolina and other legal firms. Joshua obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Economics from the University of South Carolina and a Juris Doctorate from Charlotte School of Law.
