Chad Brinkley

Co-founder / Board Member at OmniTeq

Chad Brinkley has an extensive work experience in various industries, primarily in the aerospace and defense sectors. Chad co-founded Reprise Space Solutions (dba SEOPS) in 2022 and serves as the Chief Executive Officer. The company specializes in space launch and deployment solutions, offering a range of products and services in Mission Integration & Operations and intellectual property.

In 2020, Brinkley co-founded OmniTeq and served as a Board Member. OmniTeq is a company formed by consolidating five companies into three divisions: Intelligent Data Solutions, Space Systems, and Space Derived R&D. The company focuses on integrating AI/ML with human intelligence to provide predictive information on events.

Before OmniTeq, Brinkley co-founded ProXopS in 2010, a technology company that focuses on the Aerospace & Defense and Biotechnology markets. Chad also worked as a Board Member for ChemoSen3D, a biotechnology company specializing in magnetic 3D cell culture.

In 2021, Brinkley established L2 Black as the company owner. L2 Black, formerly known as L2 Aerospace, specializes in AI/ML, DevSecOps, and government-related tasks. Chad previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of L2 Aerospace and later as the Vice President of Strategy & Business Development.

Brinkley founded Omnidermal Biomedics USA in 2020, a company that develops AI-based medical devices. One of their key technologies is WoundViewer, which provides objective clinical parameters for the assessment and monitoring of skin ulcers.

Additionally, Brinkley worked as a Strategic Advisor for Diehl Chemical from 2008 to 2020 and as a Business Development Executive Consultant for Nanoracks LLC from 2016 to 2017.

Chad Brinkley attended Appalachian State University from 1993 to 1998. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication with a concentration in Public Relations. Chad also minored in Business.
