Sara Porritt serves as the Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer at Omnicom Media Group and is the Board Chair of the 4A's Foundation. As the Founder and Host of the Hear Us Roar Podcast, Sara addresses diversity issues in media and communications. Previously, Sara held positions as the US Diversity and Inclusion Lead and Wellness Division Lead at OMD USA, as well as Senior Partner and Senior Director of Digital at MEC Interaction. Sara earned an A.B. in Sociology from Princeton University and is currently pursuing a Certificate in Diversity & Inclusion from Cornell University.
