Nicki Alexander is a dedicated Benefits Manager at Omnicom Commerce since September 2024, responsible for implementing and managing comprehensive benefit programs tailored to diverse regional needs. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resource Generalist and Human Resource/Office Coordinator at TPN from July 2021 to January 2025, where Nicki assisted with HR inquiries and recruitment. Nicki also served as an Education Specialist and Lead Teacher at Primrose Schools from March 2017 to July 2021, and as a Behavior Therapist at Behavior Frontiers from January 2016 to December 2017, providing 1:1 therapy to children with autism and other learning disabilities. Nicki holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Child Development and Family Living from Stephen F. Austin State University, completed in 2016.
