Sarah Colautti is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Director International at Omnicell since March 2023. Prior to this role, Sarah held the position of Executive Director of Culture and Human Capital at GROUPE ADF from April 2022 to March 2023. Sarah also has a substantial background at Ramboll, where Sarah was HR Director for Europe and Africa from January 2011 to June 2020, and at ENVIRON, serving as HR Manager for Europe and as Manager at ENVIRON France SAS from September 2002 to January 2011. Sarah earned an Executive MBA in Leading People, Change and Innovation from IAE Aix-en-Provence between 2008 and 2009.
