Manley was the Chief Legal Officer, Corporate Secretary, and Chief Compliance Officer at Nuula from April 2018 to April 2021. Prior experience includes partnership positions at Duane Morris LLP and Kirkland & Ellis LLP, as well as an attorney role at McDonnell Boehnen Hulbert & Berghoff LLP. Early career experience includes engineering work at Motorola, Inc. Manley holds a Juris Doctor degree from Notre Dame Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
