Nathan Conner is the Co-Founder and CEO of Outdoor Performance Gear, specializing in innovative sporting goods under the brand names BoneView(TM) and Tundra Tackle Co(TM) since July 2015. Additionally, Nathan serves as an Advisory Board Member at Omnia Fishing, an Investor and Mentor at The Syndicate Fund, and a Mentor at Techstars. Previously, Nathan founded Kooper+Co, a technology company focused on pet industry solutions, and worked at Flint Hills Resources as a Reliability Center Coordinator and Maintenance Engineer. Nathan holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a BS in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Business from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
