Paola Molina is an experienced professional in applied research and program evaluation with over a decade of experience. Currently serving as Director at OMNI Institute since April 2013, Paola has held various research roles including Senior Researcher and Researcher II. Previous experience includes consulting services as a self-employed researcher and working as a Program Evaluator for the Pima Prevention Partnership, where Paola led assessments for the Arizona Department of Economic Security and managed evaluations for SAMHSA-funded programs. Paola has also contributed to academia as a Principal Investigator at the University of Arizona, conducting qualitative research on deported migrants, and as an instructor for upper-division sociology courses. Paola holds a PhD and MA in Sociology from the University of Arizona, along with a BA in Psychology from Georgia State University.
