Ann Cripe is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in strategic human resource management spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Senior HR Consultant at OMNI Human Resource Management since February 2021, Ann specializes in aligning human resources with business strategies across various disciplines, including employee relations, compliance, and talent management. Prior roles include HR Business Partner at Oasis, and Director & HR Business Partner at Stinson Leonard Street, where Ann managed HR functions for large law firms.
