Brian Ip is the founder of Omni HR, established in July 2021, where the focus is on developing all-in-one HR management software tailored for fast-growing teams in Asia. Prior to this venture, Brian held the position of Executive Director in Growth Equity Investment at Goldman Sachs from March 2019 to July 2021, concentrating on growth equity investments in the SaaS, enterprise technology, and fintech sectors. Brian's earlier experience includes serving as a Private Equity Associate at Jeneration Capital from August 2016 to February 2019, specializing in growth equity investments in the tech and internet domains, as well as holding analyst roles in investment banking at Deutsche Bank and another unspecified firm between July 2014 and July 2016, covering both European and US markets.
