Cynthia L. Lepik is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business management and analysis, currently serving as a Senior Business Manager at Omitron Inc. since September 2014. In this role, Cynthia oversees contract management, proposal preparation, cost development and analysis, project budgets, and personnel management. Prior to Omitron, Cynthia worked at Exelis, Inc. as a Subcontracts Administrator for the SENSOR Program, successfully negotiating subcontracts that saved over $410,000 for the prime contractor and managing contracts valued at over $10 million. Earlier experience includes serving as a Proposal Analyst for the SENSOR Program at ITT Systems Corporation, where analysis of RFPs and compliance was a key focus. Cynthia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and has a background in Journalism/Public Relations from Northern Illinois University.
