Athina Chra is a Senior Software Engineer Technical Lead at Omilia, specializing in project management, team organization, and cost control since November 2018. Athina has extensive experience in designing omni-channel IVR NLU applications and developing multilingual conversational applications for the banking sector. Responsibilities include coordinating multilingual teams, conducting requirements analysis, solution architecture design, and automating processes using scripting and CI/CD tools. Prior experience includes serving as a PR Representative at eNVy softworks and working as a self-employed jewelry designer. Athina began a career in design as a Logo Designer for codebender and holds a Master's degree in Computer Engineering and Informatics from the University of Patras.
