David Izelaar is an experienced professional in the field of environmental oversight and consultancy, currently serving as a Toezichthouder milieu at Omgevingsdienst Rivierenland since August 2024. With a strong background as an Adviseur at Optimus and Interim Toezichthouder at Omgevingsdienst Zuid-Holland Zuid since February 2022, David has managed various environmental control projects, including a project leader role at Omgevingsdienst regio Utrecht from April 2022 to July 2024. Prior experience includes a position as Toezichthouder milieu at InterConcept B.V. and as Junior Adviseur Milieu en Veiligheid at BMD Advies Rijndelta B.V.
