Erwin van Houdt has a diverse background in environmental research and management, currently serving as a Toezichthouder Milieu at Omgevingsdienst Rivierenland since April 2024. Prior experience includes working at PlantLab from August 2017 to March 2024 as a Research Trial Coordinator and Research Assistant focusing on the Plant Paradise Profiler. Erwin's earlier roles included volunteering at Waalhalla from June 2007 to January 2020, conducting terrestrial ecology research at NIOO-KNAW under Dr. Ana Pineda in 2017, and working with FREE Nature on nature grazing and area management in 2016. Educational qualifications include a Basic Environment Course from Omgevingsdienst Nederland and degrees in Applied Biology with a focus on nature and environmental research from Yuverta and Van Hall Larenstein University of Applied Sciences.
