Kate Oursegova has extensive experience in program coordination and education, currently serving as a Program Coordinator at Agence Ometz since May 2017. In this role, Kate leads the planning and execution of integration activities, manages project teams, and oversees budget tracking and financial reporting. Prior to this, Kate worked as a Home Care Department Associate at Cummings Jewish Centre for Seniors and as a Judaic Studies Teacher at London Community Hebrew Day School. Earlier career roles included serving as Coordinator for the Integration Program for Newcomers at Agence Ometz and as a Speech and Language Therapist for the Ministry of Education in both Israel and the Russian Federation. Kate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education and Teaching from Ural State Pedagogical University and completed further education at Tel Aviv University.
