Luís Fernando Refatti has a diverse work experience in the field of software development. Luís Fernando is currently working as a Software Engineer at Omella since May 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Moip by PagSeguro from September 2019 to May 2021, where they held various roles including Development Team Lead, Tech Lead, and Sr. Software Developer. Before that, Luís was a Sr. Backend Developer at Sciensa from May 2018 to August 2019. Luís Fernando started their career at Softplan in March 2014, initially as a Jr. Software Developer and later as a Software Developer until May 2018. Luís also gained experience as an Information Technology Specialist at SENAI/SC - Serviço Nacional de Aprendizagem Industrial from February 2013 to March 2014.

Luís Fernando Refatti has a strong educational background in the field of industrial engineering and computer sciences. From 2011 to 2013, they pursued a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering at the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2010, they completed a Licentiate degree in Computer Sciences at the Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso.
