Vijay Kanth has a strong work experience in the healthcare, IT, and telecommunications industries. Vijay currently holds the position of Senior Director of Operations at Omega Healthcare Management Services since December 2022 and previously worked as a Director of Operations at the same company since July 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Service Delivery Head at Ajuba Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. from August 2003 to June 2020. Vijay also gained experience as an Executive at airtel from March 2002 to April 2003.

Vijay Kanth completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Business/Commerce, General from St Joseph's college between 1999 and 2002.
